- 3Dvinci offers 3D printed products designed and manufactured in Georgia. Products may include functional items, accessories, props, and custom designs.
- Prices are displayed at checkout. Errors may occur; we reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
- Orders are confirmed upon payment. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
- We accept payments by credit and debit card (both Georgian and international). Installment payments are available through any bank. Customers may also use “Ertguli” loyalty points. Payments are accepted in GEL, EUR, or USD. Payment must clear before shipping.
- Local orders: [1–3] business days.
- Regional: [2–5] business days.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to update or modify delivery timelines at any time.
- Risk transfers to the customer when goods are handed to the courier.
- Returns accepted within 14 days for non-custom items.
- Custom or personalized items are not refundable unless defective.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Products are guaranteed against defects for [12 months].
- Misuse, accidents, or wear and tear are not covered.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- All original content on this website, including our branding, layout, product descriptions, and images created by us, are the property of Tozo. LLC. Some product designs offered for sale may be sourced from third parties or created with the assistance of AI tools; rights to those designs remain with their respective owners or licensors. Unauthorized use of our original content is prohibited.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in competent Georgian courts.
