Do you offer custom 3D prints?
Yes. If you have a design or an idea, we can help bring it to life. Reach out with your concept, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with PLA and PETG, but other materials are available upon request depending on the project.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Standard products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom projects may take longer depending on complexity. Please note that timelines may vary in certain cases, such as technical issues, remote delivery locations, or shipment delays outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Georgia. International shipping is something we’re planning to offer in the future.
Can I place a large order at once?
Yes. You can order as many items as are available in stock directly through our website. For unusually large orders, production and delivery timelines may be extended due to technical or logistical factors, but we’ll always keep you informed.
How do I care for 3D printed products?
Most items are durable and easy to clean with mild soap and water. Avoid high heat and prolonged direct sunlight unless the product is specifically designed for it.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on standard, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
